World Famous Hydrocooled Sweet Corn

Recipe for: Cornmeal Pancakes

Ingredients:
1 cup flour
3 tbsp. cornmeal
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 cups milk
1 egg
1 tbsp. vegetable oil

Instuctions:
In a bowl, combine dry ingredients. Add milk, egg, and oil. Stir (but not too well).

Makes: lots of pancakes and/or waffles      Source: Hunter family favorite
